Skin lesions freezing (liquid nitrogen/cryotherapy)
Quick, in-office procedure that uses extremely cold liquid nitrogen to freeze and destroy abnormal skin tissue. It is commonly used to treat warts, skin tags, sun spots, and other small benign lesions. The treatment works by causing the targeted tissue to blister and gradually fall off, allowing healthy skin to form.
The procedure is usually well tolerated and takes only a few minutes. Patients may feel a brief cold or stinging sensation during application, but discomfort is generally mild and temporary. Cryotherapy is a safe and effective option for many superficial skin lesions with minimal downtime.
Skin lesions cautery (electrocautery)
Cautery is a safe, in-office procedure that uses controlled heat to remove abnormal tissue and small skin lesions. It is commonly used for skin tags, keloids, and small growths that have not responded to treatments like liquid nitrogen. The procedure is typically painless, as local anesthesia is applied beforehand to ensure patient comfort.

- Drivers Licence Medical Examination Certificate $180
- Sick Leave Notes/Back to Work Notes $50
- Attending Physician's Statement $150
- Insurance Medical Examination $250
- Cryotherapy / Liquid Nitrogen for skin lesions (warts, skin tags, age spots, Keratosis, Molluscum Contagiosum...). Depending on the skin lesions 100$ or more.
- Cautery with anesthesia depending on the procedure 250$ or more.
